Bought a Vessel, Sold a Vessel in 5 Weeks!!!
Over a 5-week period the Spring of 2024, we purchased a boat and sold a boat within a 5-week period. We would like to thank DYC and specifically, Gordon Inge and the DYC staff for the professional services rendered over both transactions. All transactions in the purchase evolution were handled with care and professionalism. Gordon attended to all our questions with interest and care. The few occasions where Gordon could not answer the phone, he promptly phoned back.
Being on the buyer side, we had several inquiries which were handled exceptionally. Never once was a question or concerned met with dismissive manners and all were addressed to our satisfaction. With the purchase of our new vessel well underway, we proceeded with selling our previous vessel. I really had not expected the kind of care and consideration in the development of the listing. Photos were provided by us and used in the posting. Additional photos of the boat were professionally added with all configurations of salon fully staged. The listing was very impressive and totally unexpected.
All this to say, it is rare to find this level of quality in service. A skeptic going in as we are with most things, these transactions where buyer/seller interactions, equipment considerations, logistics, documentation, funds transfers, and personal preferences or considerations, were all attended to to our full satisfaction. They showed great consideration and appreciation for their customers. Well done Gordon and DYC Team.
